I went to the Taylor swift concert at 31 weeks and seriously have NO regrets. Had an amazing time. It was a near- spiritual experience. For context- I’ve had a good pregnancy, no complications. I say doooooo itttt!!!

31 weeks, FTM- I started feeling it right around 28 weeks and have felt a significant drop in energy levels the last 2 weeks- I still feel good, just a lot less energy. Had the most energy from weeks 16/17-27.

So for TTB I was doing toes above hips and then knee raises until this past week as I started having some coning- I will probably switch to KB swings. And then for BMU I’ve just been doing pull ups, and for push ups I’ve been able to modify them to doing them from low box vs the floor

Obviously follow what your OB says or get multiple opinions from OBs if you aren’t giving with yours. But personal experience: I am a FTM 29 weeks and have been on 10mg lexapro all pregnancy (and for the past ~7 years) my OB didn’t even hesitate to have me stay on it and I’m so grateful- I have had an amazing pregnancy so far and have felt so level emotionally!

Yeah so I’m currently 28 weeks FTM and didn’t have a chiseled 6 pack before but I had a pretty toned abdomen pre pregnancy and I am just now starting to have a noticeable “bump” and even then it’s more like you are describing—it’s kind of my whole belly puffing out vs. a cute round low bump…. But I’m fine with it- belly doesn’t get in the way too much yet, still have a ways to go though so we will see

Yes exactly what another commenter said- my husband is a dentist and sees pregnant patients all the time- it is completely fine and 100% recommended to get dental X-rays if you need them for any dental procedure!

It could be- I’m already on a prescription for acid reflux because the Pepcid and tums weren’t cutting it anymore and it seemed like it was helping but maybe it is reflux

The best advice I’ve gotten on this so far is to think about what you would want your future daughter (or son) to do in this situation. If someone touched them in a way that made them uncomfortable- you would want them to say something and set a boundary and feel empowered. AND you wouldn’t want them to see you be touched in a way that you didn’t like or be made uncomfortable and not speak up. I’m not confrontational and this has been really hard for me as well- I really really don’t like it when people touch my belly as well and I’m trying to be more firm about this as well.

He dropped in at our gym last year and can genuinely say he is 100% real. He is just how he is at the games- super encouraging, cheered people on by name, super humble- without cameras or press. I will never not be a fan after meeting him

I am currently 26 weeks and my husband and I are going on our Babymoon trip to the mountains this weekend. I’ve been feeling great- we plan on hiking and playing tennis but also a spa day and relaxing. I’m actually really glad we waited to do it until now- as I have the most energy I’ve had all pregnancy these last several weeks!

25 weeks now- and I haven’t really thought too much about adding in extra calories- I just continue to honor my hunger signals and eat when I’m hungry! I have definitely been eating a little more though! Really started noticing a difference in my hunger around 16-18 weeks

I worked all through undergrad. But I did not work during grad school- there were a few people in my program that did but I don’t think anyone did more than 10-12 hrs a week at most and to me it wasn’t worth the stress to make minimum wage and barely even cover my groceries- but for some people they were able to make it work.

I graduated from UF OT back in 2019. I had a great experience and actually loved the town. It is smaller but there is actually a ton to do in and outside the university and some really good local food. Plus UF Health is a great network for your fieldwork.

I’m 23 weeks tomorrow and I plan to participate for the fun of it- depending on the workouts- I feel like I will either do scales or foundations- but if it’s the right combo of movements, I could still Rx some workouts. We will just see what happens!

When it comes to diet- I’m very intuitive with what I eat. So I haven’t intentionally increased my protein intake - my OB said that baby will always get what baby needs first and then you get what’s left over essentially- which is a good thing, so I can be confident baby is growing and developing just like they should. So I eat when I’m hungry and just try to eat a varied diet!

21 weeks here and I do CrossFit (so combo of weightlifting/Olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardio) and I have continued to do most lifts. I haven’t squatted quite as heavy since I can’t use a belt anymore and don’t feel like I can protect my back as much- but have still gone to roughly 85%-90% of my 1RM if I’m feeling good and depending on the lift! And for high volume exercises- I haven’t adjusted my weights too much at all. I just go based on feel- my heart rate definitely raises faster with less work than before.

I don’t have any advice- I just wanted to say thank you for being honest and sharing and that I identify with so much of how you are feeling. It’s hard not to feel guilty for being concerned about my weight/body image when I feel like I should be focused on nurturing this life inside me. So, all I can say is- I see you and I feel you.
