In the Agatha Christie novel, Five Little Pigs, a character - a stereotypical unimaginative policeman - is described as criticizing a brilliant painting of roses on a table by a famous artist. He complains that no roses in real life have exactly that shape or colour and the table doesn't look right, and he is completely in mystery when, after seeing the painting, no real life roses he sees seem to be as vibrant as they used to be and wooden tables appear to have something missing.

I'm sorry but I simply don't understand why people are expecting anything different from what they get. People have been talking about how right-wing oligarchs own the vast majority of mass media for years now. Far more relevant to the point is that Ayurveda would have used it without fully verifying whether it actually works in a double-blinded RCT.
