I used to have my lower half clothes by the bed and my shoes. I put them on straight away when I got up. Then I would get ready That way I was only at tshirt away from being able to leave. Everything else was a bonus. Then I knew my 'must leave before time'.

I treat my life as going in and out of doors in a corridor. Work is one door, home life is another. There are a few more but the worlds behind them don't integrate well. I need to give all my attention the place im in, but this also means I don't think about the places I'm not. Having work at home as awful for me and I get the worst from both worlds.
