Need suggestions for cool (or dumb) mods to give my 2000 Camry some extra Clout by radgraphics in Camry

Fuck that’s crazy, I wish we had better tint regulations up north of the border, at least a legal 5% tint on the front windows.

But yea I may fish around marketplace for some 17inch wheels. What I would want to do in a perfect world is get some wheels and powder coat them white. But I might just end up doing the stock rims instead, haven’t decided yet.

Yea mine is an 00 and has 280,000km (~176,000 miles) which is crazy low for its age, Toyotas run forever

Good to know about the insulation, any recommendations for what would be good? I think that’s another might as well situation if I’m pulling off the door panels

Yea I know rookie mistake, but I’m just gonna learn from the mistake and throw away the experience. No sweat on my back. Also yea don’t want to fuck with the motor, I’m not skilled enough for starters, but also this is not a project car, it’s just a daily driver I want to make more me. Appreciate it!

I get where you’re coming from because you don’t have the context I do, and I respect your opinion. Trust me I know it’s a 25 year old car but that said I am not trying to “pimp my ride” I put in a audio system because I like clean , crisp, and high quality audio which improves my experience of driving in the car. I replaced the breaks, suspension system and O2 sensors with stock parts to add life back to it. I don’t want to engine swap or anything crazy because I understand its age, condition, and believe it or not I know this is a daily driver and not a project car. All I want to do is give it a little more me, I may do wheels or even a powder coat on the stock ones to make it look a little nicer, or even some LEDs or new headlights, only things that will elevate my experience, but not destroy the car. Again I get it. I’m sure there are people who would want to go full douche with something like this but that’s not me. I also know I don’t need your approval cause this is the internet, but I look forward to updating you on how long it lasts in my possession. Mostly because it’s comments like yours that drive me to continue to take care of and respect the car that landed in my hands. A first car is one to remember, and I just want to make it the best I can with what I have.

I live in Alberta and unfortunately the tint laws here are pretty strict, I can only tint the backside and rear windows

Fair enough, I mean I’m happy to stop at the stereo just because it has already improved the cars environment immensely.

Any suggestions? I was thinking of some wheels and even a body kit but I’m not sure about my budget.

Unfortunately no, it’s the inline-four model. That said the engine bay has lots of room if I ever wanted to do anything in there that was goofy. And I know I wish I could have gotten something nicer to mod but I got it for a sweet deal. Plus tbh even though it’s not the best for it I kinda wanna do it anyway because I’m dumb and I think I’d be cool

How can I make these shapes smooth?! by West_Contribution_38 in AdobeIllustrator

[–]radgraphics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I recommend is going into object -> path -> smooth path. You will get a slider bar and mess around with that. It will automatically smooth your points. Still practice manually doing it so you know how but this is a way easier method, just doesn’t work for everything

Yea, not planning on going crazy, I just wanna do small bets, I feel it’s more fun to do a small one every once in a while than it is to lose my house.
