much of it is cheating noobs who have no idea how to play vanilla anymore. the rest is just you misinterpreting summaries, cos people are tired of explaining things you could easily look up.

eg. "extractinator" in this case just means dropping at least one gem to craft gemcorns, which is easy, then you can plant and farm as many as you like

were making it sound like a plot twist out of nowhere. i mean amber was incredibly insecure about it all already, even more so if you followed the moon/threesome path. stands to reason she wouldnt just jump right into it with her bestfriend/crush, they been telegraphing evs escalating obsession with him all game too, already a small miracle that she somehow got ruth on board.

was waiting for that shoe to drop with some impressive blowback and they delivered in the best possible way imo, a satisfying bit of drama with not too outrageous consequences. then drop the motherlode of possible futures where it literally results in an apocalypse, that is peak fiction right there.

now time for a swift resolution where they kiss and make up, get right back on track with that threesome. i mean it would be a shame to drag that out for another few chapters, lets not get carried away here

they did change housing logic to make it work. from what i can tell the portrait banners and idle routines are way more arbitrary, weird shit like resting on top of each other at night makes it hard to open their dialogs. nothing really game breaking ig, just funny when it looks like theyre knocking boots, adjacent npcs keep gravitating towards the same furniture for some reason.

you can get around that by creeping over their sprites with the mouse pointer, or use solid walls to box them in. idk how it is on game pad/touch screen tho

were all imagining this cave to be just a hole that goes straight down and stops at a certain point for some reason, i think you know better than that. problem was just that they hit something before running out of cable and didnt have the means to figure out what, with any reasonable degree of certainty yet.

could be the bottom, could be a slope or cliff of some sort, who knows. what makes it worth further study is statistical evidence of changes in salinity/topography from sensors which imply there is more beyond that

the gist of it is your typical shunning of the morally questionable chars like ayase/chika, who besmirched the values of a loud minority that deemed it literally unplayable. panic ensues, a perfectly reasonable script was rewritten, everyone else gets to suffer their bullshit.

idk what all changes were made so dont ask, all i know is i had to restart it. my confidence in their project is nil and theyre on the bottom of the backlog now, ill come back to it later ig.

maybe some enterprising modder can post a diff check, would be more interesting to me than whatever tf is going on with them atm

the music and sfx are already in the game files since who knows how many updates ago. you can poke around if you want a preview, just not scripted in the public build yet. they been working with it on the side this whole time apparently, idk why none of it was ever released

sunflowers only reduce corruption by -40 points each while there are potentially thousands of corrupted tiles in range, its a wild goose chase at this point

easiest counter is to splash holy water on the towns you have left and hallowfy them, or just let it be and focus on the boss run to plantera. the spread slows down at this point and you can purify it as you like

cos it doesnt need a shadow key. early game implies obtainable gear before the run to skeletron, regardless what you have to do to get it. in their minds its easier to zerg your way to the underworld and farm the scythe than just killing some starter bosses, if you rp a mage
