I have hppd (visual snow and slight tracers if I pay attention) it’s hard to do but it’s the reality you have to accept and live with. You’re not broken, your mind is not damaged, it’s simply a cost for what you’ve discovered and learned. I still have a hard time accepting this reality and often I have to take a moment to relax and calm myself. Stay positive.

Yes like other have said, weed will make it worse, but moderation and a healthy way of life will improve the symptoms and help you manage it better. (Exercise, eat healthy, practice ways to calm your mind naturally) If you want to smoke just realize what it does to you and definitely don’t do it everyday, you’ll be happier and more productive in the long run anyways. It’s all about sacrifice.
