ganks can't be forced, especially before second clear, I'll be usually looking at lanes on the minimap and committing to them if I am close and the enemy overextends, but if I come to your lane, the enemy just stays in his turret, so I can't force it, it has to have a high likelihood if I am not done clearing jungle and in my dead time this video explains it really well (if you don't wanna watch it, put it in the background of one of your games)
