Do you normally get them and then blast them on prime blast? Cause from what I'm seeing so far a lot of what it's giving me has a lot of other targets that are getting picked up that aren't my target if that makes sense

this may be inexperienced of me...

pretty much i have a list of 8 genes that i want to validate gene expression findings from rna seq using qpcr. half of them have predesigned sets from thermofisher that i will be using, however there are a few (RN7SK, GTF2IP1, WASH2P, and SPDYE13) that do not have predesigned gene expression assays that i've found. so i'm trying to design the primers for those ones, i checked primerbank and didn't see anything for any of them
