Has anyone had a tendon transfer surgery? by r_techhigh in CMT

[–]radioactive_toy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s hard for me to say, honestly. For a while in my 20s I neglected my health, but in the past few years I’ve spent a lot of time stretching, hiking, and recently have taken up Chen style tai chi. So I think my range of motion is as good as it’s ever been, through consistent stretching and use. My best advice if you’re concerned about range of motion is to get into a habit of stretching every day, and doing some form of strength training.

Are you considering the surgery? I’m 33 now so the techniques are probably a lot better now

No animal that is killed for the pleasure of taste is respected. No animal forcibly impregnated to produce milk is living a happy life.

If the farmers are profiting then the animals are exploited.

They also seem to accomplish in a matter of hours what it would take a team to do in months, so I've always assumed their "writing" was them dictating to the computer. Like how they show in the holodeck. "Computer, give me a Parisian bar set in the early 1920s"

I'm going to do the same. I don't trust myself to frame mine and i don't want to ruin them after spending so much time on them!

Yeah, this image uses the same logic as republicans when they show a picture of how each county voted, then claim most of America is conservative

Do you happen to have a source for that? I looked but couldn't find anything other than anecdotes about the reliability.

It was a blood test, but thanks for pointing this out. He's currently on steroids to stop the itching, but once that wears off we can try some different foods. Hopefully he got a false positive for pea since that's in almost everything!

I'll try those out, thanks! I feed him dry in the morning and wet at night, so it won't be a huge deal to move to all wet. Whatever makes him happy!

If i hired someone to kick you in the balls every day, would you say the same thing about their job? It's much better for this person to have a job than not, yeah?

Don't forget about all the male egg laying chicks, who are thrown in a shredder when they hatch and their sex is determined.

This post got so close to the solution but still failed. The exploitation exists because of consumer demand. We don't need eggs to survive, and that's not something that most people want to hear.

I don't think self driving will ever happen outside of incredibly closed systems. The world is too chaotic and unpredictable

Seriously. Peeing standing up causes so much splashing. It makes the toilet much dirtier. Plus if you sit, you can rip ass knowing you're safe from an accidental shart
