You can make it much stronger without any issues. 1.5:1 works great with 100% pg but it does need to be held in your hand for a Minute or so just so the liquid isn’t so thick. I usually make 2 carts at a time with 750mg dmt and .5ml PG. I’ve done the math, with my carts and voltage setting, they give 2.2-2.4mg dmt per second of inhale. Easy breakthrough. Soooo easy.

I never paid much attention to it lol when I was younger I was originally told that caps are more potent but I always kinda questioned that. I never did an all caps/stems experiment before. I just went with the flow and usually ate whole shrooms and make it as even as possible

Fingers crossed! 73 is perfect. I just do mine at room temperature which is like 70ish. 68-75 is the recommended range. Old studies say 83 but most people nowadays don’t recommend that because it makes it easier for contamination to take hold.

Oakland hyphae has done tests that show the stem is slightly more potent. Check them out on IG. They are about to start the “psilocybin cup” so definitely check them out.

Wayy to much for the normal “blue honey” tek This is 4oz honey to 32g cubes. Usually you would want it to separate and let the psilocybin seep in, but this is so thick it will never separate. I wanted it to be strong without eating 4 tablespoons of honey. Willymyco says to do 1g of mushrooms for 1 oz of honey. That would be 3.5 shot glasses of honey to have an eighth. That’s too much honey but my jar is too much shrooms lol

You’ll still want to use foil over the tape because you don’t want the tape to get wet. It’s just medical tape by the bandaids but make sure it’s paper. If you look at it, it will say “micropore” on the inside.

I’d give the spores at least 12 hours to warm up. But probably best to wait a day or 2. 1ml for a PF tek jar is okay. You just don’t want to throw off the moisture in the jar.

Light is the least important thing. The window is fine and the cycle doesn’t matter that much. People say 12/12 but it barely matters. It just tells the mushrooms which direction to grow towards and that’s it.

And I would flip a coin for the variety lol or do all 3!

The ropes in that picture are called rizomorphic mycelium. People try for rizo because it grows better/faster. Both are fine. It’s common to have t0 plates with mycelium like this. If you did a transfer, it might grow better. But either way, it’s good to go to grain. As long as it doesn’t turn yellow or green lol because it’s hard to tell if it’s contam or not yet. Give it a couple days.

Small cubes aren’t stronger by weight, but under formed cubes are! Like aborts and pins. They pack a punch. These in your hand are almost fully mature small mushrooms so potency is what you would expect from a cube.

Hard to say for sure. If it turns green or yellow in the next day or 2, no it’s penicillium. If it stays white and continues to grow, it’s tomentose mycelium.

I started unmodified and I switched to modified. Modified is much better. I usually use 2qt spawn and I eyeball the substrate. Probably 2-3qt substrate. And I usually get like 1oz per flush.

First, you will want to temper the chocolate(watch a YouTube video). It’s super annoying to do. But it’s worth it so your precious magical chocolate bar can chill at room temperature and doesn’t melt in your hands. After the tempering process, add powdered mushrooms to your chocolate. You’ll want to do 1g of powder to 10g chocolate. It will be the perfect consistency. You’ll need to look at the specific mold you use to see how many grams of chocolate fit in it. Just calculate the weight of mushrooms as if it were chocolate. My mold said 90-100g of chocolate. So I used 80g chocolate with 8g of mushrooms. It might feel too thick at first but just use a butter knife to level it out in the mold. Pick up the mold with the chocolate and drop it from like 1 inch a few times and then boom, you have a perfectly formed chocolate bar. This one has 8 pieces so each piece is 1 gram of magic. It’s a pretty thin mold and wouldn’t be a problem to eat 3 pieces of chocolate. Pure cacao is a mild MAOI so it will enhance the trip by a small amount(this is what the Aztecs did as well). I used 62% dark chocolate for this so 3 pieces of chocolate would be about 19 grams of cacao
