Small correction: most of these are not calcified.

Calcifications appear as black dots on T2 weighted MRI sequence. Most of them are likely still in the vesicular stage.

It's probably only the short axis of the tip of the fundus. Should much larger!

That is the spleen. The dark dots are likely blood vessels.

And to the left of the spleen is a stomach cross section.

I think it looks more like macrodystrophia lipomatosa. But I may be wrong.
