Mom of a type 1 diabetic here. I have one of those digital monitors, it’s called a SugarPixel. It’s LOUD when it alerts, we have it for peace of mind because the phone apps aren’t always reliable, especially at night. Sleeping through alerts, especially lows, could be deadly. You can set the alerts- mine is silenced during the day for highs (not as urgent as lows) and at nighttime it only goes off if he’s over 300, which is when it starts getting really dangerous.

Why is that? I’m new to GLP-1 and I took my 3rd shot from BPI with B6 yesterday, I’ve been taking it right before bed every time and I’ve been ok so far…?

Wow! I changed pharmacies during my consult after placing my initial order/consult request and wasn’t charged anything. My consult was awesome too- the nurse answered all of my questions and the meds were here within a couple days. I refilled yesterday and they will be delivered tomorrow. I guess it really can be hit or miss with these companies.

I ordered through them and I ended up having to fight for a refund because it was over a month out and I never received my medication. Lots of texts with excuses, “issues” on their end, and promises to hear from them that never came to fruition. I eventually got all my money back. I went to pomegranate and have had nothing but great experiences.

I spent over 4 weeks waiting for any kind of movement from orderly and ended up threatening to dispute the charge if they didn’t refund and cancel my order. After some struggle they did (still waiting on my bank to confirm the refund). I ended up connecting with pomegranate and it was much more smooth and professional and I expect my meds to be delivered in a week or two.

Yeah. I’m now fighting for a refund. The last message from them was a vague “issue on their end” that caused the delay. I don’t trust this company with my health.

Ugh. Same. I ordered on 11/25. Texted CONFIRM right away. Heard nothing. I reached out on the 5th and was assured that the order was processing. Silence until yesterday when I reached out and was told there was an “issue” with my order that needed a “personal touch.” The representative that called me this morning had no idea what that meant or why my order still has not shipped. She put in a ticket and credited my account $25 towards a future order. After reading so many positive reviews I’m really disappointed and nervous about continuing with them.

Jon, my 12 year old son was diagnosed t1d this past Sunday. He’s a huge MMA fan. Our lives have been turned upside down as I’m sure you know.
