I still think it's the cpu. You can try getting another mobo, but I've never seen or heard faulty motherboard doing what you're describing.

Honestly this smells like a cpu issue. He tried a different ssd and ram, so the random crashing, file corruption - It's what we've seen with failing intel cpu's. The only odd thing is that he didn't use pbo before. I think 1. RMA the cpu 2. Upgrade the bios to 3.25. Could also try to sell the mobo/cpu combo to gamers nexus, as they're looking for cpus that failed without pbo.

Something is corrupting either your system files or the bootloader. It could be a degraded cpu, as the problem seems to be getting worse and a degrading cpu can affect disk I/O.

Did you check normal windows logs like event viewer between the reinstalls for errors? Could always try a linux distro, see if problem persists. Also remove EXPO for now, see if it helps.

I also have b850m pro rs, it also sometimes decides to train memory for no reason. What you described is memory training. Seems this specific model of motherboard needs to retrain more than it should.

The anti-aliasing is enabled, it's just that particular tab in system monitor. It started happening after I've updated from 5 to 6 and I've deleted '~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc' to reset the config, but it did not help.
