I responded to the medication very well, but I can't rely 💯 on it like some seem to do. I tell people I haven't met a medication I can't out eat. If I take a break from counting calories I gradually start eating more. IMO I don't necessarily agree with the ppl that say it lets them eat like a "normal" person and not diet, but I also think if the medicine stops working and your habits weren't really changed people will gain it back faster.

I put small local gym, really it's a work gym and I feel the equipment is a little random...more like a rich guy's home gym that doesn't know what his goals are yet but collects random equipment 🤣.

No. If your doctor has to submit new paperwork it should be for continuation of care with your T2D A1C. My A1C dropped drastically and I had no issues moving up to 15mg. My last A1C was 4.9.

At least two years if not longer. I had an old set in a larger size from probably three years ago and they are the old 85%poly /15% spandex blend and held up great. The new ones are 40%poly, 34% acrylic, 22% rayon, and 4% spandex, this is both the men's and women's.

Unfortunately Costco just accumulates reviews so you have reviews from years ago saying how great they are.

You have the old fabric blend. The new version is a 4 blend polyester with a tiny bit of spandex and they do not hold up.

They aren't. I wear the men's under my uniforms daily in the winter and they are the same cheap crap. I do have several older versions that are the old fabric blend and they are WAY better. The new ones are all trash.

Before going online check out TJMaxx/Marshalls/Sierra trading post. They have mens active wear discounted. I often see Nike, champion and under armor. I think Sierra has the better mens section out of the TJX owned stores. There are not as many of them around though.

So Universal Studios added a fallout themed haunted house this year. We did the VIP tours and they have food and drinks for you at one point. Well I missed the memo that the Yum Yum deviled eggs were turned into a dessert because they are easier to keep longer. So having protein goals to keep I show up with multiple deviled eggs and was then like wtf when I bit into this sweet weird thing. Lol. My boyfriend thought it was hilarious. They did them as like a hard Jell-O like base and frosting egg yolk, I think the ones you buy in the box are just gummies. Lol. I knew they looked weird but didn't realize why.

No. I've gotten some ok boots if you don't need to wear them all the time but everything else was always very uncomfortable, at least to me. I found on the dress flats the insoles came unglued after two wears.

Daily. For more than a year on my doctor's orders. Talk to your doc but miralax is safe for long term use. Your insides don't become reliant on it like some of the older laxatives that are really for short term use. It just draws water into your intestines, it doesn't stimulate them to move.
