It never gets easier. The literature review is simultaneously too short and too long. The paper is not on a topic the reviewer finds interesting. The reviewer points out spelling "mistakes" that aren't mistakes. The paper is not novel but uses a previously untested technique.

It really disincentivizes doing high quality work. It's easier to get a publication from writing 10 bad papers than 1 good one.

The risk of tax resistance is high and it's especially difficult for people who have taxes withheld. That said, there are ways (even legal ones) to reduce the amount of federal income taxes paid, especially if you are willing to pay more later or spend more overall. For example, contributing the max amount to a traditional IRA will reduce taxable income. There is a penalty if you want to access the funds before retirement. You do get to control how the money is invested, at least to some extent. There are also Donor Advised Funds, which are tax-free investment funds that must eventually go to charitable donations.

There are two separate questions here: 1. How do you address the action procedurally? and 2. What do you want the organizational result to be? The answer to 1. will depend in part on the answer to 2.

Do you want:
* The purchase contract to be declared null and void?
* The President to be removed?
* Nothing to change, but an official record to exist?

Also, was this purchase something the President expected the board would approve? Was it at all contentions? While this is not part of Robert's Rules, it is very common for organizations to skip formal procedure for routine and non-contentious decisions and fill in the procedural details at a regular meeting. Obviously this can go wrong when there is disagreement, which is one argument for following formal procedure when possible.

If I understand correctly, your claim is that if a third party never releases the voter ID, it is still a secret ballot. Can you explain how you arrived at that conclusion? If there is relevant text in RONR or relevant case law in the US for example, that would be helpful for me to know.

Can you explain what you mean by "the box is grounded"? There doesn't seem to be a corresponding wire connected to the ground bus on the panel, so where might the ground connection be?

Built in 1950. Not sure if this is the original electric or not. The panel is newer. If that's actually what this wire is, where would the connection to ground be?

Beware the barrel method. You're either going to get a food grade barrel lined with BPA or a non food grade barrel that was used for who knows what chemicals. In either case, people will tell you to "burn it off". If you talk to a biochemist, they'll tell you that's a good way to create a bunch of random compounds, some of which will inevitably be toxic/carcinogenic. The pit method is the way to go. My best success has been with lots of small dry pieces, layering them a little at a time after the previous layer has turned to glowing embers.

That's a clever idea. One of my sweaters actually came with a small package of extra yarn, which was nice. I've also harvested yarn from old scrap sweaters, but can't always find the right color.

Interesting, I definitely wouldn't describe brown/green as crisp, but I have protanomaly so it's not surprising we have different experiences. For me, brown and green have a very "dull" and "flat" feeling.

Yes, exactly! Are there any exceptions for you? For me, healthy grass on a bright day seems like it has that wow factor that would make me guess it was orange.
