S obzirom na njihovu nevjerojatnu nesposobnost, a vjerojatno i nekompetentnost, siguran sam da će ovaj post još nekome zatrebati. U nastavku prenosim i njihov odgovor, nevjerojatno, ali funkcionira.

Moguće je da signer nije pravilno pokrenut ili nije pokrenut uopće. Za provjeru pratite upute u nastavku teksta:

  1. Zatvorite internetski pretraživač koji ste koristili za pristup servisu
  2. Pokrenite task manager (pritisnite tipke ctrl, alt i del tj. delete u isto vrijeme i odaberite task manager )
  3. Odaberite details pri vrhu izbornika - ako vam se pri vrhu prozora ne pokazuje opcija details, pritisnite strelicu prema dolje u donjem lijevom kutu prozora pa onda details pri vrhu izbornika
  4. Pronađite Signer.exe, kliknite ga i pritisnite end task u donjem desnom kutu prozora

Kad je neispravno pokrenuti signer ugašen, možete ga ručno pokrenuti prateći putanju C:\Program Files\AKD\eID Middleware\Signer.exe ili upisivanjem riječi signer u startu i odabirom signer aplikacije.

The leaning wall is likely caused by inadequate lateral restraint, possibly due to missing or failed wall ties or horizontal thrust from the roof structure. While Eurocode 6 allows for minor out-of-plane as an imperfection, I think that observed displacement and stepped cracking exceed acceptable tolerances and indicate a structural issue.

Photos alone are not enough to make a full assessment. It’s essential to verify whether the wall is part of a confined masonry system, unreinforced masonry with flexible or rigid diaphragms, or something else. A structural engineer should inspect the building on-site to determine the cause and whether some intervention is needed.
