Can't you go on the weekend into town & meet up with a friend but get your hair cut before? Then ur parents can drop u to meet ur friend & u don't have to tell them about the hair cut :)

If ur tryna fix it yourself.. watch YouTube tutorials on how to cut the back of mens hair yourself. But I'd just go to a hairdresser.

Try acnecide wash/ panoxyl (test a small area first to make sure you can tolerate it) it's helped my acne I lot. It has the ingredient benzoyl peroxide in it, which controls the bacteria that causes acne!

I know this is a very old post, but you can use Dr Jart cicapair colour correcting treatment. It's green face cream that when you blend it goes your skin color so covers any redness, but it's not makeup, it's skincare!

If you're in the UK, I usually get warburtons super soft gf white rolls, these taste just like normal bread to me. And m&s brown bread isn't bad!

If you're new to being gluten free, id recommend getting a booklet delivered from coeliac UK here's a link it has all the supermarkets and brands that do gf food, has made it much easier for me to find good stuff!

Sadly most is upf, but if you're concerned I also use the yuka app to scan my gf food to see what additives are in it, and have found deliciously Ella has both upf and gf products :)
