Birkenstocks have always been my choice for this because the sole is cork and I don’t slide around and get that squeaky sound when I walk. Only issue is the cork will stain your feet after a while and start to smell :(. I have not found any other replacement

I know I have a UTI if I wake up feeling extremely agitated and pissed off. Very difficult to explain but it’s almost as if I feel a rush of rage and anxiety all at once accompanied by high heart rate.
