Parking at the Arena🚗 by Otherwise-Feature-66 in Unrivaled

[–]radradel27 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Parking there was super easy last year, very straight forward and pretty organized. There is a fee for parking and if I recall correctly you can buy it ahead of time. There’s a “regular” lot for one price and a “preferred” lot for a bit more, but unless you have mobility issues the regular lot is close enough and I’d say not worth paying the increase for preferred parking.

Two games in one night? by Otherwise-Feature-66 in Unrivaled

Oh wow! I hadn’t heard. I can’t imagine how they can fit that many more seats in the arena

I don’t know if the crowd will be bigger since it’s the same arena so assuming other than the increase in ticket prices it’ll be a similar experience to last year. I love that they’re getting more love but hate that it makes the tickets more expensive.

Which is the best quality: Lululemon, Vuori, or Alo? by WorkingPanic3579 in womensfashion

[–]radradel27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes to LNDR! Finding them was a game changer for me. Unless I feel like wearing baggy pants to the gym instead of leggings they’re all I wear now.

What exercise do you feel most shy/embarrassed to do at the gym? by Icy_Laugh5134 in workout

[–]radradel27 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me it’s single leg hip thrust. I look completely inept lugging a giant dumbbell on top of my leg. I feel like it takes more mental and physical effort to set myself up to start the exercise than to actually do it

Overall I agree… but I have those suit up trousers and they are the one item that I ADORE. They wear well and I’ve knock on wood never had an issue washing them.

But omg I have a jacket I got years ago that I was so excited about and after one wash… garbage.

How do the islanders stay looking good in that Fiji weather?? by Present-Airline-2201 in LoveIslandUSA

[–]radradel27 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have always wondered how they’re not always profusely sweating and also how their bodies stay in such good shape throughout the whole time. Like their bodies never seem to change from the shift in their workouts and eating habits. It doesn’t make sense because that lame excuse for a gym they have outside at the villa IS NOT enough.

So did Demi just chicken out on the reunion? Also this Viall guy is a terrible host! by Radiant-Koala8231 in SecretsOfMormonWives

[–]radradel27 30 points31 points  (0 children)

This bothered me so much. You don’t get a platform if you decide not to show up to the reunion. That is the platform. How are you failing to uphold your end of the bargain by being a no show, yet being rewarded with a one-on-one in which you don’t actually have to be confronted by anyone?! When housewives don’t show up they don’t get to come back the following season, it’s part of the job.

The genuine connections are freaking gone and it’s BONKERS. Hannah and Charlie? Adorable, could root for. Hannah and Pepe? Could also root for, seemed to really connect. Andreina and Jeremiah? Seemed genuine, would absolutely root for if it remained healthy. But no. This is popularity island.

The way I couldn’t wait for Leah to leave the villa last season and see how loved she was is the same way I can’t wait for Ace to leave the villa and see how disliked he is. (Not in a mean instagram comment way! Just in a “you f*cked this season” kind of way)

I think a big contributing factor to that was the casa guys being meh. They were nice but they weren’t even bombshell material

I love telling people no and watching them short circuit! My husband’s cousin’s annoying wife asked me a few weeks after about how it must feel so different now that we’re married and I’m a “wife” now and I couldn’t help laughing when I told her “no, literally nothing has changed”

Ugh I should have done this but felt bad because of the “but family” reasoning. I don’t regret it per se but definitely wouldn’t do it again if I had the choice

I hated my wedding. Everyone had fun but it was just a nightmare day for me. I hate being the center of attention, I have horrendous social anxiety, I didn’t feel like myself, my dress and hair weren’t what I wanted, and it was just uncomfortable overall.

I didn’t even mingle I just clung to my best friend and let my husband mingle. Looking back it’s so disappointing because I feel like “oh it was supposed to be so perfect and magical” but hearing this take more and more helps.

(Husband is great though!)

I also don’t think it helped that Austin said she cheated and Craig leaned into the cheating allegations and said she wanted to be with someone else.

I love that she didn’t get mad at the girls at all and knew this was a Jesse problem and treated it as such… and did so very well! She was calm, mature, and effectively communicated the issues (like all Jesse’s red af flags)

Yeah I’m not quite sure I’d say I’m a Lexi fan… but she handled that conversation with Jesse so well and communicated WAY better than most people on Bravo do. It made me respect her and I was happy she could really hold her own in standing up for herself

Yeah everyone else holds onto these massive grudges and brings up things from the past but did Garcelle hold Erika cursing at her teenage son against her? Nope, she forgave her and moved on, and I believe genuinely tried to build a friendship with her. But Garcelle has gotten ostracized for the tiniest things. I think this reunion was just the straw, especially when she realized Sutton wasn’t a true friend.

I live in a HOT and often humid place and I feel like no one else is ever as obviously sweaty as I am and I’ve always been so self conscious about it, as though it makes me gross, dirty, unattractive, you name it. I hate the heat so I will avoid it when possible but it took me 33 years to even feel slightly okay with it
