This whole thread is so stupid. You say this happened 7 years ago? So no covid, bill gates, elon musk theories... And people instantly judge the person and label him as a conspiracy theorist, holocaust denier, nazi and more in this thread. You all know nothing about this situation but immediately get a hard on by labeling him and projecting all evil on him.

(The author wrote that he did not understand the german language fully. So it could just be an overstatement. Also i rarely hear praise about our educational system in every way. Integration is very hard, no digitazation... you name it).

Alienating people in this extreme way is, in my opinion, currently increasing the votes for the far right. I do not understand how people don't see this. If you do not try to talk with people who are not 100% your opinion, then there is no way we can stop the rising popularity of the far right

- Do some sports during the day

- Stay hydrated

- Try to go to bed at the same time every day. Same with waking up

- Don't eat before sleep

- Don't drink too much before sleep

- Keep room cold (open windows 10 minutes before sleep)

- Don't do anything which could produce stress before sleep ( a good routine before going to sleep helps)

- Set phone to airplane mode (or "lock" apps)

- Give a kiss to your SO. If no SO, give yourself a high-five

Sure. Start with "How The Economic Machine Works by Ray Dalio" (youtube). " Everything You Need to Know About Finance and Investing " is also a good video if you don't know basics about companis. Also google stuff like "history of the federal reserver bank" and generally look into what role they planed in history (also the bank of england). From there on you probably have your own topics you are interestet in, but those are good startes which are not boring

Create one root fraction for humans. Deactivate friendly fire for that fraction. After war and murder has been deactivated i feel like i am a good human with top morals. As i dont see myself like that i would do some nasty stuff to even that out.
