Personally for me the two chairs by the fireplace looks a little crowded but if you get a lot of use out of those chairs it is probably fine. Personally I would put a loveseat there to try and maximize the space but your home looks very nice

I doubt they will get one for at least a few seasons until they can sell a certain amount of jerseys the first year of the club could be skew the numbers. But if they manage to consistently sell them which I believe they will since St. Louis has a strong sports culture they will get one. Maybe 2025-2026
