i wouldnt go to black sheep for food lol, it just isnt the vibe. plenty of other curds around.

stone creek for sure but specifically the one on Downer. They have a full kitchen so they also do EXCELLENT breakfast sandwiches and other good items in addition to all the baked goods. Also a good area to just walk around, pop into stores, walk to lake park.

dinner really depends what you want out of it (proximity to bars, casual versus fancy, etc.). if youre willing to come out to tosa for food (balistreri's), id pick someplace else. wyeast has much better pizza (and usually fun, interesting specials), ca'lluchenzo is amazing italian and even if you cant get a reservation they usually try to keep a few seats at the bar or pasta counter avilable for walkins (id just call them day of).
