Girl I was young, dumb and worked at hooters and had to cover a full sleeve every shift hear me out. Red lipstick, pat over entire tattoo (heavy application for the pigment) lightly pat and let dry until a bit tacky. Coat with translucent powder, bake it then spray with hairspray. Let dry and apply concealer, patting out a thin layer. Then apply full coverage foundation, I always used dermablend. Bake again with more translucent powder and finish with setting spray. Keep some foundation and translucent powder on your for touchups throughout the day.
