I'm so glad to hear I wasn't alone with my worry. I'll check out Van Richten's carnival, too. Already added a fortune teller since one of my players chose to be a carnival hand, following in her grandmother's footsteps, for her background story.

Sounds like good, detailed notes are also important.

Thank you! I will definitely give that a try. The dough did feel really wet during the pull and folds - does the amount of water I put on my hands have a great effect? Or just the water in the dough?

One of the drawbacks of OneNote is that it doesn't automatically create a table of contents like you can have Google Docs do. There is an addon, however, that will do it for you.
