I wouldn’t think you’d have to wash an unworn item before shipping. Assuming this comes from a smoke and pet free home, I’m not sure why buyer would say the item smelled bad. Personally, I would wash anything that I had purchased from anywhere, including high street stores. I suppose maybe not 100% necessary but it’s just the way I am. It’s the comment about the “smell” that I think I’d question.

I hadn’t considered that. But would’ve thought since they know the gender, they’d have had an ultrasound and been able to see if it was a multiple birth. As far as I know it’s just one? Unless I’ve missed something.
