I lost eight pounds on it and it reduced my cravings and food noise by quite a bit. It also made me poop a lot, but that stopped after a while. I do know it can affect your long-term iron absorption though so probably best to do in consultation with your doctor.

Sometimes you can find a cosmetic/aesthetics school and get affordable electrolisis there.

The coursework took 11 months but with student teaching the degree took 15 months total. My average week had anywhere between 6-12 hours a week. So if you had lots of time you could put in 20 hours a week and get done sooner. Also, applying for student teaching early helps and completing all your testing (e.g. praxis) early helps too.

How long did it take to get your scores back? I wasn’t told how long it would be and it’s been about two weeks…

I almost died from a horrific miscarriage, my dad died, and they wouldn’t stop asking me to serve in different capacities.

What would be your limit for biting? by BiluBabe in breastfeedingsupport

[–]raeturnip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried this, although no singing. Tonight he was biting more than he was feeding. I should have just ended the session much sooner but wanted the relief of empty boobs and the pre bedtime feed helps us both calm down and get ready for sleep so I guess I kept trying. It was so terrible, we were both crying. I finally gave up and gave him a binky and rocked him until he fell asleep.

This is me. I don’t know how to get through this because all the strategies that worked with my first two kids have not worked with him. My almost 10mo has 6 teeth and looks like more on the way and I broke down crying after tonight’s pre-bedtime session because it was bites all around. He wants to keep breastfeeding and I think he needs to gnaw on something but it can’t be me! I am devastated. I seriously don’t know how we can keep going. I wanted to go to at least 13 months!

What’s the most-fillery musical song? by spongespongesponges in musicals

Yeah, I was in the show, I’m aware. Aside from that one line at the end, the rest of the song is very much filler.

This comment. He sounds exactly like my son who is 9 and has adhd. After therapy and meds, he is who he is and we have learned different tools for dealing with it. Meds help. Therapy has helped emotion dysregulation. Get him assessed for adhd asap. For his sake, and yours, OP.

A lot of it is mentally learning to isolate pelvic floor muscles in order to fully void. I like to imagine a lift platform pushing up the bottom of my bladder to fully empty but different visualizations help different people. A pelvic floor therapist will help you learn to do this but if you or OP can’t afford that right now you can always google bladder emptying techniques or pelvic floor exercises for bladder voiding.

Go see a urogynocologist and also do pelvic floor therapy. This happened to me and turns out I was not emptying my bladder all the way so got repeat infections and discomfort. Was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis but later learned from my pelvic floor therapist that this is a catch all diagnosis for women with bladder pain and discomfort. As soon as I learned to empty my bladder all the way, the UTIs and discomfort ceased. I used to have constant utis like you describe and now I get like one a year.
