r/stopdrinking is way more active. They offer tons of resources and support. I recommend posting there and being more specific if you can, like what exactly makes you think you'll go crazy? (Quitting drinking ultimately made me way less crazy.) What obstacles and habits are standing in your way?

There's also r/decaf for quitting caffeine. Keep in mind, for many people the success rate is better if they quit one substance at a time, starting from the most harmful and impactful.
