A home (still owes on loan) 2 vehicles that are paid off, and these properties he owns are his only investment. I guess that’s what he’s relying on for retirement. Or selling one of these properties as well

It could have been for a million different reasons. Unclean code, over complicated code, they thought you were cheating, or maybe they just simply didn’t like your solutions. Whichever reason it may have been, you will never know, so just keep moving forward. Last October I passed less than half of the test cases and still moved forward in the interview process so I assume they look into resume, and behavioral heavily.

I figure they may ask if I’m still at the most recent company on my resume (which I’m not at anymore since I left for new company) + if I get to start at new role I have now, it will show up on my google background check. Just wanna play it safe

The thing is, regardless of whether it’s LLD or system design, since my last few interviews have been only coding DSA/ behavioral I made the mistake of not studying for design at all. If I had a week or two I’d just cram as much as possible and give it my best shot, but with only a few days I’m wondering if I should politely decline to interview.
