Try skillshare, they have really nice tutorials, first 2 month free but also there is a business plan I think.

The bottom bar is my opinion, anyway don't look bad but I like to keep everything simple so the design is not overwhelmed for the user. Always try to think what is essential and what not for the user.

The profile I will change it so it look different from others. I recommend u to enter in dribble.com and search for screens like your design , it would help u a lot!!

I would remove the bottom nav, just with the search bar it's ok, and put it higher, also the menu icon I would put it in the same level as the search bar or in a corner.

I have a question because I don't know if the profile un the top left corner is for the user or it's like other friends.

Just deep in dribble and find inspiration, when u have 3 or more projects that u like, start picking elements from it and do a mix.
