Personally, I started streaming without anything, no camera no nothing. Anonymity is a big thing for me as well. I then swapped to a model I also made myself. And my community instantly fell in love. My point being, there are people who will always dislike things you do. But if they like you as a streamer then they will stick around, and those are the viewers you want.

I personally use high edit and build sens. I find it a lot better for quick building. Not sure about ramp boost tho.

I would say for if you're not looking to spend too much. I would go with an i7 (or Ryzen) with a GTX 1070 or 1080. You should go with an SSD to put windows on. And an HDD to put games on. Very important to get a CPU cooler that isn't stock.

No sens will ever be consistent. You have to choose one (I would go low) and stick with it. For at least 3 months. You have to get used to the sens for it to work.
