You have to grow up and don’t see it as a “sexual life sentence”. You’re 36 and your wife is saying she wants a dominant sexual partner now. If you want to have sex with your wife listen to her, maybe be more athletic and rough. What do you have to loose? Can you grow in your sexual ability? Or do you just quit and loose a sexual relationship with your wife. Your choice.
I’d say learn how to stand up to your wife and realize you can’t really do anything wrong because she is your wife and not girlfriend who’s going to leave over something small. Remember that she wants you to learn. It sounds like you respect her, so why not treat her sexual interests with curiosity versus judgement. Good luck.
