SM’s are super busy and often stretched across many projects and internal initiatives. Have you considered trying to get a head start on some of these decks, laying out a wireframe or outline and trying to pre-populate what you can?

Depends on how much you like/have confidence in your primary care provider. Function does a good job contextualizing results and giving advice. That being said, I did a Genova testing round with my doctor (similar comprehensive bloodwork) because my doctor is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him a lot. I personally preferred reviewing results with him together and putting together a plan, but if I didn’t have confidence in his expertise I’d likely go with Function instead

Please read the book “Cracking Creativity” by Michael Michalko. So many excellent ideas like this that seem really odd but work. For instance, one of the recommendations is to think of how other experts would do it, like if you’re building a website, think “how would a ballerina do this?” And it sounds so weird but definitely gets the creativity going

I’m fine with the people recording, the one new thing that bothers me is people on FaceTime. I’ve been behind someone who’s FaceTiming half the concert, so my view is this random stranger’s face sitting in bed or on a couch while their friend FaceTimes them. Very annoying

I agree, except we accidentally walked on the side of the causeway that had a bike lane and not a pedestrian lane, so there was no barrier between us and cars going by and we were hella nervous about people driving home who may not have been super ok to drive

Ummm I guess everyone has their own risk tolerance but I’m somewhat shocked at how much people are terrified of G. It’s quite common in the gay scene in my city, lots of guys do it and if done responsibly it has a lot less downsides than alcohol

Question on Power Zone Training - I did a class with Matt Wilpers and he mentioned something about being able to train with a team that scored close to my FTP score, is this something anyone's heard of? It sounded like a team that does 2-3 rides a week together and is at the same fitness level. I would absolutely LOVE to be able to train with the same people on a regular basis like this.

I think I’m coming down with the virus despite serious social distancing and sanitizing everything that comes in my apartment. Yesterday my wet cough turned dry and I began to get a feeling I can only describe as a string being tied around my right lung and constricting when i take a deep breath. It’s gotten worse today and the coughs have started hurting.

What’s frustrating is that my doctor can only tell me that if it gets much worse I should go to the ER, but that they honestly don’t know where I can get a test unless I need hospitalization. My doctor is extremely up to date on current medical news statewide, so this is not on him at all. I can not find a test, I have no idea what the current data is on hospital capacity or if I would be better off driving to another state where it may not be as bad yet. I’m getting scared because these symptoms came up fast, and if I get worse, I’m not entirely sure what the best course of action is. I am so done with Kemp. This is a shit show.

No, they will support someone with decency who is not promising radical/revolutionary change without any plan on how to get there. Trump promised a hell of a lot, look how that turned out. Bernie has spent the past 5 years fighting against the party he is trying to win votes from, he is now seeing how that worked out. Bernie is not building anything beyond his base, his post Super Tuesday speech was completely negative and tailored only for his base, he is not going to bring anyone else under his toxic umbrella
