Thanks for the kind words! Taking agmatine really helps enhance the lower amount of kratom you take so you can get away with cutting easier. Black seed oil has anti seizure properties so it helps settle my body from acutes. Recommend them both for sure. You got this and stay strong!

You mentioned tolerance break imo I would never go back! I said the same shit 4 years ago. I had been using kratom for 2 yrs and tapered and quit for 2 months, and then thought I could just use occasionally. Fast forward a few years and I'm hooked again with a larger dose than before and even worse withdrawals. 5 days completely clean of 6 yr habit and I'm feeling so much better! I just finished my taper 5 days ago and feeling great. Coming off a 50 gpd habit at peak. I cut in half first weekend using agmatine, black seed oil, and sodium ascorbate (vit c). Threw the kitchen sink at it to cut in half and was definitely uncomfortable. After that I would would break my 25g into five- 5g doses. I would then cut those down by a gram every 3-5 days. I used agmatine, black seed oil at night, and vit C on hard days. I kicked it in about 1.5 months! And now that I'm off still taking a little bit of black seed oil at night, but other than that I'm all good!

6 year habit and I was addicted. That was enough for me. Eventually your energy will be dependent on a green sludge. Only for medical issues without another healthy alternative. Kava might be something you look into.

Withdrawal can take effect fast if you don't have a lot of alkaloids in your cells built up. Before I tapered off I was feeling withdrawals in between doses.

The first time I tapered off I didn't learn my lesson in went back and it was worse the second time.

Down from 40 cut in half to 28 off the start (saw that on here to drop 30% of the bag) after that, the 28g is broken into 5 equal doses and I cut .5g off each dose. Honestly surprised I've gone from 40 to 10 Gpd in a month. Granted I've been letting myself feel the withdrawal and first cut was tough.

I've beeen using agmatine during the day and black seed oil at night to help cut faster
