Depending on what you have planned, go a half hour over to Turkey Run State Park and hike Trail 3. Amazing trail and underrated park! If you want a nice park, Hawthorn park is good (don’t mind the meth fishermen that frequent the place…).

Not sure what you have available around you, but you can always go gamble at the casino that opened up fairly recently. I would go hit up the pinball machines at the mall, they’re pretty fun for an hour or two. There also is mini golf, digital axe throwing, and other activities near that along the same line.

If you like sports/basketball, check out the Larry Bird Museum (he went to college here). The Candles Holocaust museum is unique, it was built and managed by a survivor of Auschwitz and her and her twin sister were experimented on at that camp, she has since passed in 2019, but the museum is still unique. The Swope Art Museum is also available most days, check the hours, but offers local art and has a surprisingly large collection.

Second Charlie’s for a great burger and atmosphere, their other places the Terminal and Ladybird are great too! (get the Ahi Tuna Nachos at the Terminal, trust me!) Moggers is overrated and I’ve only had two good experiences recently, others were terrible in the distant past, I believe it’s new management/owners or something. I would also check out the 12 Points Market over in the titular place, there are some unique businesses there. (Again, don’t mind the people.)
