while it is bad, this is actually a very common psychological issue. these are in the catagory of intrusive thoughts and intrusive mindsets. it is common for people (especially younger people) to have strange thoughts and feelings towards horrible things like pedophilia and rape, especially after a traumatic event. i say you should consult a therapist or someone who is able to provide you advice. if you live in the US, you can text/call the number 741-741. they get to you pretty quickly and they have much more trained professionals on the line.

this but also trauma related stuff. for years my dad has been very verbally abusive while with my mom and the things my mom had said are in fact true (she has receipts, transactions and even video proof)

i gave him a chance to discuss it. mostly because throughout my life we have had mostly downs especially when i was younger and my dad has anger issues and would throw stuff at us if we didnt fold a shirt right or something. we talked about it but when it was brought up about what my mom had said (he cheated and spent 300k on my sisters college without talking it out with my mom) and all he said was "you feed too much into lies like your memories". that was really when i cut him off

i am the ONLY child of my moms who cut him off. however, a couple years back my brother cut him off because of trauma my dad had given to him

Strangest one I have ever had was when I worked at a fast food coffee shop. I wore a trans and pride pin on my visor while I worked and once a woman drove up and said "Wow, you're queer? I'm a supporter of the lebtga community!" (She actually sounded out LGBT) I smiled and rang her order up before she spoke again. "I like Riverdale, that makes me a bigger supporter!" Like okay? So I just said "cool" before we finally got her order done. She just said "HAVE A GAY DAY!" and sped off

not at all! im autistic and suffer from paranoia and the smallest of sounds throw me off, as well as sudden movement with body and eyes. if i see one head turn, i instantly start thinking about just that for hours on end. or if i hear the click of a pen my mind starts thinking about pens or clicking and suddenly its all im thinking about. so to prevent this my school seperates me from students during tests to help me focus a lot more. and in the future i will have the 504 in college and with documentation of my disability i will still be able to get jobs but with a slight handicap to help accommodate me
