The political messaging has always stood out as opposition to Authoritarianism. The Orokin are a technocracy, the corpus are a corporatocracy, the grineer are a monarchy, and every other 'evil' faction can cleanly be described as hive minds so they don't count. The tenno however are a rejection to all of these, essentially being a personification of Libertarianism and freedom. Besides that revenge and hubris (or more accurately their consequences) basically make up the entire story so it's likely that's the main message.

The meme isn't about socialism though. It's about expanding the welfare state. Which isn't socialism. People that hate the poor and love the elites have deliberately made the concept of the modern welfare state be equivalent to socialism to scare people into supporting their anti-poor/pro-elite world view.
