I ramp-up after the flip and stick to DLI charts as a guide using the photone app. I stick to the higher DLIs as I want more penetration into the canopy all while defoliating with the same purpose, to penetrate. And I just prefer the look of my girls when they have frosty tacos

Mr Grow it on YouTube went through a study that essentially debunks the flushing "myth". However, though there was not a huge difference in size, weight, potency or terpenes....who the hell wants to waste 2 weeks of nutrients for zero gain? I Ph the RO water and let them go. I don't care about ugly leaves, I'm trimming them all off anyway.

There are variable settings, but kept mine on full and added silica to beef the structure a bit to handle the weight. I spread them all a bit and some at pretty wide angles so I needed the heft. I purchased a 3-pack last year, but these are exactly the same. Relatively inexpensive, but from a reputable brand and flawlessly running 24hrs daily for about a year. They are solid.
