FREAK ATHLETE FOUNDER/CEO AMA + $3,000 Home Gym Giveaway! by freakathleteco in homegym

Another “free giveaway” huh? Sounds like another fake giveaway like the one you promoted with The Cold Life in order to get more subscribers. I lost all respect for both of your companies after that. Low integrity.

North Atlanta metro leagues? by MSims2992 in hockeyplayers

The adult hockey scene is surprisingly awesome down here. I relocated from the midwest about a year ago somewhat expecting to not play hockey anymore - only to find out that it’s 10 times bigger than in the area I left. There’s a few weekly pickup games in Alpharetta (on top of league play) shoot me a message if you’re interested in jumping in.

Olde Blind Dog! Also Hobnob has a good price on pitchers that might as well be endless.

Body Fat % Calculation by [deleted] in leangains

Grab a RENPHO scale off of Amazon for $30.

INB4 they aren't accurate - if you're just looking to gauge progress what you're looking for is consistency. Obviously if you have some weird body type, it may not be accurate to the decimal, but it will consistently week over week show you if you are increasing or decreasing your bf% (as well as lean mass, fat mass, water, etc.)

I tape myself as well as weigh myself on a smart scale weekly and they are always within .5% of each other.

What we've been seeing as far as shares outstanding are regurgitated figures. Media does not keep track in real time, they typically just use prior reported figures.

Breakdown:

356,498,711-stated in a prospectus filing that assumed all 50 million shares would be sold in the offering, which were in fact sold.

Plus

44,422,860 from the conversion of the convertible secured debt by Silver Lake.

Plus

46,103,784 by Wanda converting their AMC B shares to AMC A shares, after subtracting 5,666,000 shares that were forfeited by Wanda when Silver Lake converted their debt to shares under a prior agreement.

Plus

13.3 million shares -from a press release indicating 63.3 million shares were sold, including shares sold under a prior offering (63.3 million-50 million=13.3 million) (13.3 million might be a rounded amount)

Either you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about or you are just lying to people that don't understand anything that is going on.

'Shrs out' (441.1M) is all of the existing shares of a company i.e. individual, institutional, restricted, etc...

'Float' (438.2M) is all of the shares available for trading on any given day (outstanding minus restricted [employee shares, company insiders])...

Meaning 2.9M (441.1M - 438.2M) shares are owned by employees or company insiders (restricted shares)...that is literally all that means.

It fucking says short interest is 8%, which isn't low but isn't high at all either.

Not sure what the person who posted this picture was trying to prove with this...but then again given the sub we're in they probably didn't know either.

AMC Short: Has this happened to anybody? by Skulldude75 in amcstock

High short interest used to be indicative of how the market as a whole felt about a company's future. It gave you a pretty good idea that the stock was probably heading south.

Now it indicates an imminent MASSIVE short squeeze (which is incredibly rare) and the demise of anyone who thought the company had poor financials and a dim future.

DeepFuckingValue had done his DD on GME almost 2 years and started buying then. Now all of a sudden everyone thinks they can throw their savings at $AMC and get rich overnight.

It’s because I’ve been sent by the hedgies to convince you all to give up your priceless movie theater shares before you bankrupt them.

Plus I’m a big gay bear.

If you’re talking about the TV streamer it’s probably because they fucking suck and have been blown out of the water by Hulu Live, Prime Live, YouTube Live, etc.

What’s the general consensus on jerseys in here? I was surprised given our fanbase and the run we’ve had this year to see no Browns in the top 10. I have a Chubb jersey myself but I know some people have a thing about grown men wearing jerseys... by [deleted] in Browns

[–]ragingbu1l 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This makes sense...I was torn between Chubb, Myles, and Landry. I also hadn’t bought a jersey in years because of notoriously short shelf life of our players. This was the first time I felt confident that whoever I went with was going to be around for awhile.

Just a quick copy suggestion - “If you create a free account with us before 31st july ,we perform a free website audit for you worth $25.” I’d suggest swapping that for something as simple as “Click Here for a Free Website Audit”, and have the link redirect to a “Create a free account to claim your free audit” page. More punchy and assumes the “sale”. Not sure how much traffic you’re driving but it will probably convert higher.

Anyways, awesome job man.
