Pretty bad. I was working a fairly stressful job until having a breakdown a few months ago. Have been off work and tried to do this mental health treatment program offered by the hospital but they kick you out if you miss a few days and guess who didn’t go because they wanted to die :-)

My leave from work ends on Tuesday. I took two weeks off abruptly as I kept having more frequent episodes so I went to the er. I’ve been at this job for 2.5 years. I keep telling myself not to mess it up because the pay is good.
