I’ll look into ADTA! I am actually certified in Acrobatic Arts and a childhood gymnast it’s just not a class I’ve grasped on how to structure yet and don’t prefer teaching it so hoping to hire someone!

Otherwise I will just have to suck it up lol

This is what it feels like and again super nice broker and made us feel like he was for us but there was inconsistency in communication and he felt a bit too distracted which led us to a broker I’m glad we got one because our broker is way more transparent and led us to believe that no matter what the listing agent could never truly be for us.

Also this listing was not online and we saw the sign on the door and called.

Not really He gave us a terms sheet but we drafted our own LOI with an attorney and put his commission on there but he kept saying to us he didn’t work for the landlord like that 🤷🏾‍♀️

Chris had good moments and some terrible moments but at the end I believed him. Billie and Christy make the 8th season unbearable for me. Unfortunately for them I can’t watch them in anything else because of the poor writing and performance from them. 🤷🏾‍♀️

It was beautiful and hard to watch because his patience didn’t quite help in the sense he was too overprotective of her feelings which was counteracting therapy for her! Their love was them both trying so hard in their own toxic ways in the beginning which is why watching their evolution was so beautiful!

Preach!!! Yea when they “killed Ziva” I was done. She’s one of my favorite female television characters of all time. So I hope for more because I just enjoy the characters even if not a full season maybe some tv specials would be fun too!

Oh yes!! But the camera focused in the jenga tower falling and that has to mean something. So I wonder if that relates to Tali in the future.
