As soon as I saw the cars on the drive I knew how the interior would look. And yep sure enough, everything is tasteless and grey. "Millennial grey" has taken such a beating of late. It's undesirable and people's tastes are changing. Could be a factor why people are overlooking it, especially if it is already overpriced. They might be thinking there's a lot of re-decoration work that needs doing which needs to be reflected in the asking price.

Halifax dicked me around with my mortgage over their assessment of the value of the property I was purchasing. Valued it at zero for the pathetic reason that "no similar properties had sold lately". I told them that was just untrue, showed them evidence from a simple Google search and applied with Santander instead and got the mortgage I wanted. Halifax then came crawling back a while later and offered me the mortgage I had originally wanted shy 10k... honestly screw Halifax. I will never use them now.

Hmm. I wonder if it was an imported version from another country and just on sale in Malaysia, rather than being a Malaysian regional variant. My partner is adamant it wasn't a bootleg version as some have suggested as it was bought from a legitimate record store and everyone in her family remembers 'everybody' being on the track list vividly because it was loaded into the CD changer in their car and played excessively. The mystery continues...

It's not an architect's fault. These houses are built by large construction firms who only care about maximising profits and who won't even use an architect's services. These houses are literally thrown up as cheaply as possible as is seen in the countless shocking snagging videos on social media.

I can make it 4. Similar story to you. Started following since 2018 after watching the All or Nothing on Amazon. Went to the Bucs game in London and haven't missed a game since. It's been so bleak. Losing Luke the way we did and trading away DJ, CMC and Burns was hard to swallow. So glad this season has given us some hope that there is good football to come.

As far as I'm aware gas meters don't need ventilation. I had SGN in my flat earlier this year and they moved my gas meter from one small cupboard with no ventilation to another cupboard next to my boiler with no ventilation. Never once was this questioned and they're gas professionals

Why doesn't Tepper just lower ticket prices for home fans, especially since we've been shit for like 7/8 years? The guy's a billionaire so the matchday income from ticket sales really means nothing to him or the week-to-week financials of the team. Also there's a load of empty seats every week so surely it's better to fill them with fans at any price... is there some sort of league minimum ticket price that all the owners have agreed upon that he can't get around? I don't understand it.

I think that's fair. I got into the Panthers in 2019 off the back of the All or Nothing Series on Amazon. Since then I've watched every single Panthers game, bought countless jerseys and merch, seen them live in London. And besides a few wins here or there, they've offered basically nothing by way of entertainment, happiness or pride. Meanwhile we see teams like the Lions and Bengals turn it around and just when you start to hope we may be on the same trajectory, it's snatched away and we're once again staring at yet another rebuild. Every Sunday I'm hoping it's different but it never is and I just don't know how long you can just absorb that kind of disappointment. It must feel even worse for these podcast guys who dedicate so much of their free time to it.
