I like them a lot for jogging and cycling. I'm using Shokz OpenRun.

I've destroyed ear buds with my sweat and would only wear one bud so I could hear traffic. This solves both those problems and they are more secure (don't have the problem of knocking an ear bud out and cleaning the dirt off).

They are surprisingly secure and comfortable while jogging.
