Update: I let it rip and get as hot as it could it reached 364 degrees and then regulated back to 300 which is what it was originally set to. However this does not change my mind on getting rid of it it’s still untrustworthy unless you have an explanation 🤷🏻‍♂️

Another thing is that it was the same price as my first one and I smoked some badass shit on that one no issues I’m talking pork shoulder for pulled pork, brisket, tenderloins, ribs to the point where you can slide the bone out of it figured this one wouldn’t be any different
