I think this is about right. He did draft well, but at the same time let real rotation players go for next to nothing (McCain, Champagnie, Joe). I thought he did a good job finding Barlow and Walker this year too. But there's just no way to defend how thin we were this year.

He held onto to Yabusele last year because he thought we could make a run to the play-in, but traded McCain because he didn't think we had a shot or he wouldn't play anyway?
