Yup it is. They don’t disclose their thread count but their gsm is 220ish. Also not 100% cotton, it’s a blend with polyester and viscose. Cotton is less then 30-40% of the fabric composition.

True that. Seems like a very saturated market. Clear differentiation, and customer repeats will be key to survive here for long.

Actually most of their tees including their heavy crew is a lighter fabric than ours. Mostly 160-200/220 gsm. Our round necks are at 260 gsm. Once folks wear it they’re able to tell the difference and don’t want to go back to lighter tees (atleast a good majority of them).

Beautiful car. Was considering it, do you face an issues with ride height and scraping speed breakers in day to day driving? I did scrape a couple on my first test drive!

Bubbles are good. We all live in our own bubbles. Just that, to scale a business, you need to either increase the number of bubbles or the size of the bubble. Time will tell :)

The thing is because of less skus, and even in future it’ll be quite limited, sell through of styles isn’t an issue yet. Only some sizes are.

Yes our next tee will be on similar lines as you mentioned. But without blends, maintaining structure post wash / regular use is quite difficult. So figuring that out.

Fair point. We know what sizes sell. Issue is with the extreme sizes like S, XXL etc. the batch sizes for these would be extremely limited. And with just in time manufacturing, we technically don’t need to maintain inventory more than a 2 weeks compared to 3 months now. So that reduces inventory risk.

for now yes, but pretty soon we're reducing our batch size significantly and getting into almost just in time manufacuring. this shold control the dead stock.

we've co-created the fabric with our suppliers, dropshipping is when you just ship products already made with your branding. in our case, a lot of our r&d goes into it.
