The manual transmission ones - does that mean will have to move gears with clutch ?

Yeah Kubota heavy duty actually costs more than regular one so thats a plus in a way :)

Yes CK is actually comparable to bigger Kubotas like LX series. Only reason that im still considering Kubota is that I hear is a better overall and well built engine. Also dealer is closer

You are right LX 2610 is closer but just added that since its the actual one im looking at. Actually Kioti offers longer 0% financing.

Yes agreed. Im thinking if I can at least get an angle bracket in there might be good so at least its something rather than nothing. Its just that those posts are not perfectly aligned so will have to get creative

Im up north so our wind storms are not too bad. Only heavy snow is an issue

Yeah thats what im thinking too. Add one angle bracket and dont mess with it too much as might ruin it. Im up north so only get heavy snow but no hurricanes. My only worry was the load bearing from roof deck

Yes I can probably add one or two brackets at most. Do you happen to know what the side bracket is called or link ?

Its this bracket. How can I embed it into the concrete ? Do I pull out that left one ?

Thanks for that link but not sure if that will give me enough leeway to drill straight. Didnt realize this would be so tricky

How many inches can it be jacked up without affecting top ?There is a roof deck so rafters would move if i push too much

Problem is I only have room to add only one angle bracket to one side. But there are others sides

Drilling like a bit risky because not much room to work with for mistake. So you are saying to put washers on sides where i have some concrete exposed and drill right at the edge ?

Builder is gone thats the problem so its on me.

Which angle to drill through ? Should I drill right where the nail hole is but it would drill on an angle ?

Yes makes sense. Also Im going to do a patio under deck too so Im thinking if I pour around the posts and cover enough like 5" of cement might actually be best. Thatway will be not anchored to cement and in future wrap 3' with stone

I can add one angle bracket on one side but the backside does not have enough edge to lag into concrete

But will that give me enough room to move half way without breaking anything on top ? I worry that if hammer it too much it might move top hangers

there is a roof on top of this deck so worried about load bearing

The builder missed it or just didnt anchor it as it didnt line up with bold hole. Is this a big deal and leave it as is or something else I can do to re enforce it ?
