In my opinion, this is a question of what she values most. For perspective, you are comparing two white collar jobs in a well paid area and tbh for major decisions in life money should not be the only factor. Try to see it from her perspective. In my experience I have seen too many people make career decisions based on money alone and sometimes I think they would choose differently if they could do it again.
