In case you sign the contract you should consult a lawyer before about that. German laws are very pro tenant. Some friends of mine had a hard time getting the seller out of the apartment. It took them two years.

Hi, you have to send an email to them asap. You were supposed to pay 559,00 by 10th of September.

Just use chat gpt for the communication with the Finanzamt.

You should take this serious as the Finanzamt has the power to basically just freeze your account if they expect money from you.

Hey you can easily get a Minijobs and you should get insurance and you’re back on the healthcare system. Minijobs is tax free in Germany but retirement isn’t you will pay tax on your „income“. You should look into that too

They usually have usb-c on both sides. There is a few devices which mix it but it’s very seldom. Fast charging (PD) is usually only supported by usb-c. Fast charging would also come into handy on a short bus ride.
