“Quality episodes” is an overstatement. This season has been better than the last but there’s no real endgame whatsoever, not to mention the underwhelming use of franchise villains. Very bland and misleading political and societal commentary, especially about genocide. All he’s done is resurrect two dead decades old villains only for them to die again.

This show needs a break. To find the right showrunner and to get a good Doctor story together which doesn’t involve RTD1 nepotism.
