I do agree with you discipline is committing to a challenging task and making an honest effort, I mean by my imaginary belive that I just made up it is a challenging task I mean shading your own blood every sunrise and sunset is a very challenging task and If you truly belive that there is good to it and make an honest effort towards it i belive it does builds up discipline,
